Slay All Weekend Smoothie

 

Ingredients  (serves 2)

  • 1/3 c rolled oats
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 3 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp Slay All Day
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 c coconut water
  • 1/2 c almond milk
  • 1 1/2 c ice
  • Toppings: blueberries, raspberries, toasted coconut

Instructions 

Blend all ingredients (except toppings) together until smooth. Pour into bowl and add your patriotic toppings.

Stress Less Smoothie

Stress has become all too common in our lives. It's the "norm" for many of us unfortunately, and it can have some yucky side effects when it goes on for too long. While this smoothie won't take away the stressors in your life (we're not THAT good) it will help your body adapt to stress so you're better able to handle whatever life throws your way.

Ingredients: 

8 oz coconut milk
1 1/2 cups frozen berries
2 tsp Seal The Deal
1 Tbsp chia seeds

Instructions:
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

Wind Down Latte

As we spend more time looking at our screens and less time moving our bodies, with the increase in anxiety during such uncharted waters, sleep can be a real struggle. You're tired and you want to sleep, but your body just isn't having it. 

Ingredients: 

1 bag of camomile tea
6 oz hot water
2 oz warm almond milk
2 tsp Chill The F* Out

Instructions:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Heat water, pour over tea, and allow to steep for 6-8 minutes. Remove tea bag or leaves and mix in the remaining ingredients. 

Golden Peanut Butter Cookie Dough

Ingredients 

  • 1 15 oz can chickpeas (drained, rinsed)
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter 
  • 1/2 cup gf rolled oats 
  • 1 tsp Glow Getter 
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate peanut butter cups, chopped (we love Justin's for a cleaner version).

Instructions

Add all ingredients to food processor (besides peanut butter cups) and blend until combined and a dough forms. Then, fold in chopped peanut butter cups.

Slay the Haters Smoothie

  

Today we’re mixing up this Slay the Haters Smoothie from @corinnespell, featuring Haters Say It's Photoshopped and Slay All Day for a smoothie that will give you all the skin glowing + energy boosting power you're looking for.

Ingredients:

6oz water or nut milk of choice⁣
Handful of spinach
Half a banana⁣
Half an apple⁣
Handful of blueberries⁣
1 Tbsp. almond butter⁣
Dash of cinnamon⁣
1 tsp. Slay All Day⁣
1 tsp. Haters Say It’s Photoshopped⁣ ⁣

Instructions:

Blend until smooth and enjoy! 

Mind Over Matter Bulletproof Latte

This bulletproof style latte incorporates healthy fats which our brain needs to function optimally. This is one of our go-to choices for those days when the to-do list is long and there's no time for distractions. 

Ingredients:

6oz of coffee and/or one shot espresso

4oz warm coconut milk or almond milk

2 tsp of Mind Over Matter

A dash of coconut oil or MCT (healthy fat)

A splash of non dairy creamer (optional) 

Instructions:

Blend with a frother or blender until creamy and smooth.

Cinnamon Bun Ashwagandha

Basically a cinnamon bun in a cup, but with stress-busting benefits with the help from Ashwagandha. As stress goes up so does hormone disruption and it can wreak all kinds of havoc on our bodies with disrupted sleep, weight gain, and more. 

Ingredients:

8oz almond milk
1-2 tsp Ashwagandha
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp maple syrup
dash of cinnamon

Instructions⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Heat almond milk. Stir in Ashwagandha, cinnamon, and maple syrup. Froth if desired. Sprinkle with another dash of cinnamon for garnish.
